15 Ounce(s) chopped tomato
29 Ounce(s) tomato puree
3 Tablespoon(s) olive oil
3 Clove(s) garlic
6 basil leaves
1/8 Teaspoon(s) hot pepper seed
1 Cup(s) water
1 Dash(s) salt
In 2 qt dutch overn pan, chop garlic and saute in the oil. Add pepper seed and the chopped tomato. Simmer for 5 minutes, crushing the tomato with a wooden spoon. Add the tomato puree and 1 cup of water. Simmer for 45 minutes.
