2 Cup(s) Tomatoes, peeled and chopped

1 Cup(s) Egg white or egg substitute
2 Tablespoon(s) Green chilis
3 Tablespoon(s) Cayenne pepper
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt and pepper
2 Cup(s) Cooked kidney beans
Brown venison in nonstick pan. Drain meat. Add onion, green pepper,
and garlic. Cook for five minutes. Add remaining ingredients except
kidney beans. cook about two hours until tender. Add beans last 15
minutes.
