1c water
1c soy
1/4c sherry
2tbs sugar
2tbs molasses
1tbs white vinegar
6 cloves garlic
1.5″ ginger
Chicken skin down in liquid bring to simmer cook 5 minutes 30 minutes in 300 degree then flip and another 25 minutes until 195. Take cup of liquid and make sauce with cornstarch. Put thighs under broiler to crisp skin.
