2 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. flour
1 qt. whole milk plus 3 c.
2 cans mixed vegatables
1/2 lb. butter
3 tsp. Natures Seasoning
1/4 c. onion, chopped
In large soup pot, melt butter and saute onions. Slowly add the flour, stirring continuously. This part takes time; keep stirring until mixture has a nutty smell. It should be bubbling slightly while stirring (to scorch). Cut cheese into cubes and add mixture. Allow cheese to melt and stir well, being careful not to scorch. Drain mixed vegetables and add to soup. Add Nature Seasoning and stir.
