Recipe type: Chicken, Air Fryer
Ingredients
5 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
ΒΌ cup of brown sugar
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
Instructions
Mix all of the sauce ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
Then add your chicken, and let marinade for about 30 minutes. (place the chicken in the refrigerator)
Place the chicken directly on the rack in the air fryer.
Cook for 15 minutes at 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
Made last night, preheated the fryer and cooked about 16 minutes. Halved the chicken to get more marinade on it and make it cook faster. I didn’t feel it had that much flavor but everyone else liked it and it was very juicy. The outside was a bit tough, you couldn’t cut it with a fork, but once into it, it pulled apart.
