INGREDIENTS
2 tubes Pillsbury Simply French Bread, baked, cooled and cubed
1 (8 ounce) box cream cheese
1 (7 ounce) container marshmallow fluff
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
6 large eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup half and half, cream, or whole milk
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup fudge sauce
2 cups whipped cream
1/4 cup toffee bits
1/3 cup mini peanut butter cups
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl or stand mixer, beat together cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, and peanut butter. Once creamy, stir in mini chocolate chips. Set aside.
In a second large bowl, whisk together eggs, butter, half and half. Stir French Bread cubes into the egg mixture.
In a well-greased, deep-sided 9×9 inch baking dish, spread half of the egg coated bread cubes into the bottom of the dish. Spread peanut butter and cream cheese mixture on top. Top with remaining bread cubes.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Allow French toast casserole to cool slightly before slicing into 9 pieces. Top each piece with drizzled caramel, fudge sauce, whipped cream, toffee bits, and mini peanut butter cups. Enjoy!!!
