Boiled 2+ lbs of wings for 10 minutes. Put on foil lined tray sprayed with non-stick spray. Sprinkled both sides lightly with seasoned salt. Baked at 450F for 30 minutes. Flipped and baked 10 more minutes.
Sauce
1 jar Dickenson’s Hot Pepper Spread (jelly, not the pepper relish)
About 1/4 cup brown sugar
tablespoon or so of rice wine vinegar
Squirt of siracha
Splash of soy sauce
Tablespoon or so of water
