Ingredients
About 2 1/2 pounds frozen meatballs
2 cups packed brown sugar (I thought this was a lot, and was tempted to use less. Two cups is just right.)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 Tablespoons flour
3 Tablespoons ketchup
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions
Place meatballs in slow cooker.
Combine all other ingredients in a small saucepan.
Heat until bubbly and somewhat thickened.
Pour over meatballs.
Cook on low for 2-3 hours, until meatballs are heated through.
Made for Studer Thanksgiving 11/17.
Followed directions. Used 2 pkg Mama Rosas Traditional Meat balls. They were just OK. Could have cooked 8 hours and been much better. Made the grape jelly/chili sauce ones for Christmas and everyone liked those better. http://www.inolleb.com/recipes/sweet-sour-crockpot-meatballs
