32oz frozen hash brown potatoes
8 oz shredded cheese
16 oz sour cream
14.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
1/2 onion, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 stick butter, melted
topping
2 cups Italian bread crumbs
1/2 stick butter, melted
Combine and add to pan. Mix topping and spread on top.
Cover and Bake at 350 for 1 to 1.5 hours.
Try cutting the topping in half and see if it works. Seems to have too much topping.
Used 2 tsp salt and 3 cups cheese, turned out less bland.
