HAM LOAF
3 lb. ham loaf mix
2 eggs
Pepper to taste
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. milk
SAUCE:
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. brown sugar
Combine first five ingredients. Bake in loaf pan for 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Combine sauce ingredients to pour over ham loaf during last 1/2 hour of baking. Baste several times. Serves 12.
OPTIONAL: Pan brown slices of pineapple in juice to serve over ham.
