4 oz. cream cheese, softened
¼ c. mayonnaise
¼ c. green olives, rinsed and chopped
¼ c. pecans, finely chopped
¼ tsp. pepper
8 slices very thin wheat bread
Combine the cream cheese with the mayonnaise and blend well. Mix in the olives, pecans, and pepper. Spread mixture on bread. Yield: 4 sandwiches
