40 Ounce(s) chunk drained pineapple
2 Cup(s) sharp grated cheddar cheese
6 Tablespoon(s) flour
1 Cup(s) sugar
1 stick butter
1 roll Ritz crackers
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine pineapple and cheese. Mix flour and sugar. Stir into
pineapple mixture. Pour into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Combine cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle on top. Bake for 30
minutes.
